Roswell has been sent down to Earth from his own planet to observe ours and the varied forms of life that live here. The only problem, is his personality. Roswell just has to be at the centre of attention. He has to be up to and into everything, which is not a good thing if you're supposed to be keeping a low profile.
He's been sent down to Earth from his own planet to train to be an observer and eventually take over from the present holder of that post, a Big Foot who's been doing the job for the past 250,000 years
