Detention camps

So I hear on the news that ex soldiers are going to be asked if they'd become teachers, or at least train to be so. I think it's a great idea, especially in the inner cities; hell they need some discipline. Mind you, some of these inner city schools have got the nuclear deterrent now...or so I've heard
